Keep the machine and working area clean

Use the diesel oil to clean the hexangular shaft, Use the lithium base oil to lubricate. 

Use the diesel oil to clean the turntable claw and its guide and use the lithium base oil to lubricate,

Periodically check the lubrication oil level in the oil fog device. If the oil level lower than the oil scale, please feed in the lubrication oil in time. Periodically drain out the water and impurity in the oil water separator.                       

Check if it will fill one drop of oil when step the pedal for 2-3 times, if not, use the top screw to adjust.

20 days after first time of use, retighten the clamping jaw tighten screw

Periodically check and adjust the tension of the driven belt. Properly adjust the adjust nut to realize the proper tension.

Check all the connect parts and tight the loosen bolt.

Keep the machine and working area clean

Never use compressed air and/or jets of water to remove dirt or residues from the machine. Take all possible measures to prevent dust from building up or rising during cleaning operations. 

Keep the wheel balancer shaft, the securing ring nut, the centering cones and flange clean. These components can be cleaned using a brush previously dripped in diesel oil

Handle cones and flanges carefully so as to avoid accidental dropping and subsequent damage that would affect centering accuracy. 

After use, store cones and flanges in a place where they are suitably protected from dust and dirt. If necessary, use ethyl alcohol to clean the display panel. 

Periodically check and adjust the tension of the driven belt. Properly adjust the adjust nut to realize the proper tension.

Perfrm the calibration procedure at least once every six months and every time after machine is moved.
